colorado mule deer scouting

Hi there folks. Ive been scouting hard the last couple days in units 41,42 and 421 where I drew a early muzzleloader deer tag. Im having a hard time locating deer this yr due to the extreme dry weather. Has anyone seen much for deer they could help me with. I might possibly be interested in paying a access fee to private ground if I need too. Not really looking for a guide though. Feel free to pm me or chime in here if you can help. Thankyou

I'd try to find an area that isn't as dry if you think that's the reason why there aren't any deer where you are at.
