If you had the points to draw a bear tag in utah, where and what season? Let me add no use of hounds in there as well. I have the points but not sure anymore. I always wanted the lasal tag but after the last couple of years I am not so sure anymore. With the low moisture years, and not so good outlook of snow pack this year, would you keep waiting or burn the points and go hunt?
