Points creep did some woerk here. I had 18 non res points and did not draw .Last year 4 with 17 drawed 76 first rifle.

Points creep must have kicked in for this unit. Last year 4 non residents with 17 points drawed I had 18 and did not draw this year. How many did your dad have?

WillPower thanks for the pm I am excited to go on this hunt. It will be my son who is college age and I going. The chance to hunt with him in a wilderness before I get to old is very exciting for me.

I just returned from three days of scouting in the pecos. Packed into the valle largo area and saw a few elk. Was wondering if they should be still bugling for muzzy season. Anyone ever hunted this area during muzzy and how did it go?

Just telling what I have seen in the Pinelodge area. We go to a cabin there often.

Have been in that area alot and never seen any elk yb. Cabin oners have mentioned seeing an elk cow one time before the fire.
