They are making people purchase the license so it counts towards the Pittman-Robertson count to receive more federal money is my guess.

From my experience the hornhunter pack is good for about 3 seasons. In the three seasons I have had mine, I have broken three straps, torn/wore the bottom out, replaced the top zipper twice all with some of the worst customer service. I love the design but the pack is just not durable enough...

Ok went and bought the Barnes bullets and used some harvester sabots. After one shot it was almost impossible to get a second one down the barrel without cleaning. I shot 6 times and don't think the round circle on my hand is gonna ever go away haha. Anyone have any luck with the Hornady...
