nope. its really a joke. trail i've deer hunted on and off for years i went up in this year. some guys always rode dirt bikes in there, it was maybe a little unclear if they were supposed to or not, was never real bad so it didn't bother me. but last year the state put up a new post and sign very clear that it was non motorized only. couldnt miss it. a group of douche bag non residents form washington blazed a quad trail right around it. this is at best a single track trail, i always was kind of amazed dirt bike guys rode some of it. but these D bags drove 700 miles to tear up the entire thing. There's no enforcement, none of it matters.
You’ve obviously never spent any time over on the hunting-Washington forum. Did you know that it doesn’t matter if a road is gated in Idaho, you can just ride your 4 wheeler around it, that’s the law, at least according to everyone from Washington.nope. its really a joke. trail i've deer hunted on and off for years i went up in this year. some guys always rode dirt bikes in there, it was maybe a little unclear if they were supposed to or not, was never real bad so it didn't bother me. but last year the state put up a new post and sign very clear that it was non motorized only. couldnt miss it. a group of douche bag non residents form washington blazed a quad trail right around it. this is at best a single track trail, i always was kind of amazed dirt bike guys rode some of it. but these D bags drove 700 miles to tear up the entire thing.
par for the course on NR hunters i see. id been on the fence the last few years about stopping hunting that trail. made it an easy decision. that particular unit is turned to crap anyway and i havnt seen a buck i want to shoot the last two times i hunted it.
after they rode in one day i was hiking out. there has always been this really huge log hung up just above the trail where its super narrow and steep. somehow that log came all the way down across the trail on my way out. they were some fat fcks too. wonder how they navigated that
