This data is 2020 for each PP-nonresidents. Blue total apps, Green Applicants(no DP99999P), Red PP only applicants. Biggest takeaway is there's a pile of people that could decide they actually want a tag. Here is percent of people(nonres) actually applying for tags:

The public access isn't very good. Lot of deer, but like was mentioned all young bucks. Tag allocations killing all the older bucks. Some big bucks down on the private.

3rds will definitely go up. High demand 2nds will go up too.
