If the law was more definitive about ownership there would be no question about access on way or the other. I hear of this stuff happening all too often in wyoming, I had a buddy that went on a week long pack trip in the Bighorns, came out to find all the tires on his truck and trailer slashed. I think there needs to be some sting operations set up so some of these a**holes get caught!
