I applied for the special WY deer tag with the preference point option for $513(I can't believe I spent that much). If I draw a tag, do I get refunded the $40 for the preference point portion? I asked a lady at WY G&F and she said 'yes', but didn't sound too sure of herself. Thanks Terry
