    Idaho Moose

Congrats on the tag. I can give you some ideas on where to look. Hunted moose A LOT on the 67 side and seen some beauties on the 65 side over the years. Will spend a lot of time on the 67 side this year so if you want to pm your contact info, I can let you know if I see anything your way.

    New Idaho State Trespass law

I don't think the law is as "changed" as some might think it is. The private property still has to be marked in some way. As hunters we should at least do a little homework on the areas we hunt to figure out what type of lands we are hunting. Almost every county has a GIS map detailing each...

    touchy subject

UGA; Didn't mean to make it sound like it was my hound. It was another kid's hound. He is pretty upset and rightfully so. I hope that from this account, both sides will greater appreciate the passion that hunters have-on both sides. We need that passion to keep our rights to hunt and if we can't...

    touchy subject

It is a touchy topic on both sides. You were passionate to get your son a nice bear, the houndsmen were passionate about catching one with their dogs. I used to run hounds...A LOT. followed the dogs once as they went right through another hunters bait where he sat. He was furious, I got furious...
