I've found that points give you a better opportunity but doesn't buy you anything. Don't it get the best of you. Hunt a unit with plenty of animals with few hunters and have fun.

Unit 87 has some nice bucks and landowners that will let you hunt. I suggest doing a scouting trip and knocking on some doors before the season starts if you draw the tag. PM me if you need more info. Good luck!

Zeke, my face not showing enhances the picture. I think the worst part of the picture was the season being 5 days later this year and I'm in a T-shirt.

I got him back today as a euro mount. We threw a tape on him, came out to 194 3/8, gross of course.

I got him second season.

Whiterock, we are going to hunt after the opening weekend. We hope a lot of people will be done by then. My buddy lives in Minnesota so he doen't want to have to drive in the snow so we are going early. Thanks!

We hunted unit 21 a few years ago on a full moon, killed my buck at 1230 in the afternoon.
