it's been awhile since we hunted there but most of the big rams we saw were high on Jefferson as well. we saw several 160 type rams and one 170+ ram. we hunted alot near meadow canyon and glassed the high stuff from there.

same area you killed your giant buck in will have bulls also around Barclay and acoma. from Crestline to the Stateline along the track is also good. tough hunt not many elk just depends on the year.

He was a 231 bull. Great hunt for sure he grossed 398 and nets around 383. Bull of my lifetime for sure!

I feel like people are low on him. Huge body makes him look a bit smaller than he is I'd say upper 180s gross. Giant freaking body tho.

I really like Covert trail cameras. Cheap and take good enough pictures to tell me what I need to know. The mp8 are around $100 and they are good but the extreme red 40s are 150 and are a great camera in my opinion.

I would say low 190s gross. Nice buck for sure, cool character on those beams.

Giant Bulls in that unit! If I had the money I would higher Trevor Marc's at bull ridge they kill giant Bulls EVERY YEAR up there. And what hunt do you have for 241-245 deer!? I spend a ton of time on those units might be able to help you out a little.

I'm with yukondall, the ulmer edge heads are awesome I've only been shooting them for two years but I've killed a deer and an elk with them. Both blew all the way threw them. Neither made it more than 40 yards. They fly amazing I practice out to 90 yards and they fly exactly like my field points.
