Hi, I have heard conflicting reports from others regarding this unit. My buddy has the Early rifle tag and I will be hunting with him. i can PM you and let you know what we find scouting and such. I have been in these units various times on my way to 035 and have seen antelope in the hills northwest of Rye Patch. No bruisers or anything but quality shooters.

Eric, I looked to see what your family drew and I didn't even noticed your dad drew that tag. I just got off the phone with RJ. If I see anything while I am out there I'll pass it on to you also. I am taking my 4 year old daughter on the hunt so I might be limited a little. Have you guys ever hunted this area before? Ryan

I think of the three tags he drew, we were most surprised at the goat tag! Sounds like you will have your hands full, pretty cool. We've poked around there hunting chukar for quite a few years and seen some good bucks, but have never hunted for them. Looking forward to it!
