These are two of the biggest bucks I have ever photographed. They are not as nice of a picture as many of my photos, but I wanted to post them anyway so everyone could see. I have only seen each of these bucks on one occasion and never again. I was lucky to have the camera!

That top buck is a bruiser, is he lifting the fence with his rack? Great photos. Thanks

Mike

Yea,,,, He is a REAL bruiser! No he isn't lifting the fence with his rack,,,, Although it kind of looks that way! I spotted him just as he was jumping the fence and couldn't persuade him to turn around and face me for a better picture. He just slowly walked off into the thick stuff and I never saw him again. Very nice photos. I never seem to have my camera. Do you go our specificly to photograph wildlife, or is just by chance?

Both actually! I go out to photograph specifically sometimes, but I ALWAYS keep my camera in the car!! It seems that some of the best pictures happen when you least expect it. Your tool'n down the road to go fishing, on the way skiing, on the way to work..... And whammo... There it is! I swear some of my best opportunities have been missed. Like the buck stikes this pose and your trying to get the camera ready and poof... He's gone! The picture is still ingrained in your memory though!! GlomDawg

T,

You are Kill'n me!!! I did a search on GlomDawg and I couldn't believe all the photos that you have in your posts. Great photos for sure.

Much better than the ones you have sent me at work and a lot more of them too.

Keep up sending all the great photos....

I can't believe I missed these photo's.

That top buck is nice! He looks to be pretty tall, and has great back forks. Thanks for sharing the pics.

W,

Thanks Man!!! Good to see you posting to the site!! You should scan some of those drawings you have and post those! Guys would really like seeing them. I have a ton more photos..... Don't want to post them all at once though!! Kind of in the dead period now for animal photography as all of the bucks are just walking around with big velvet knobs on their heads!! Once they start getting big enough I'll start clicking again!!

Take care buddy! GlomDawg

Good to see a couple other Fort Collinites here. Nice pictures! Sweet bucks!
