The Nevada Trapper's Association is hosting it's 2014 rendezvous at the Ward Mountain Campground near Ely Nevada on August 1, 2, and 3, 2014. There are going to be a number of demos including Andy Weiser (Montana trapper, ADC man and lure making), Mercer Lawings (cage traps), fur put up demos, skinning demos and too many more to mention. There are also going to be a number of vendors. We are selling raffle tickets with a Remington 22-250 as the grand prize (must be a Nevada resident to win the gun and you don't need to be present to win the gun), we have a number of other items including at least three deer or antelope should mounts done with your animal but you need to be present to win. If you are looking for a fun weekend, come on over. We have lots of kids activities planned too. PM me if you need additional information.
