261 DBH

[NVMDF]

Im lookin at this unit for my first choice for DBH, seems like a 160" ram is a good ram for the unit, and maybe a mid 160 ram if you have the time. Has anyone on here ever hunted it, and what is your thoughts?

I think it is an up and coming unit, surrounded by better units. Two years ago the area was topping out with 155 rams. From what I have read, I don't think YOU would have a hard time physically. Wouldn't be a bad hunt, but I don't know if I would put it down as my 1st choice.

Thanks for your advice, I would rather have a sheep tag in my pocket than be sitting on the couch come the end of the year. I dont want to wait for another 5-8 years to have a chance at some of the historic units, If I can have a solid chance of taking a 160"+ ram I would be happy,and 1 step closer to a GS.
