300 Win. Longrange Loads

Anyone have any experience with shooting in excess of 500 yards with their 300? I shoot a Ruger 77,and looking for an Elk load for this distance.Thanks

Take a look at the Accubonds. New higher BC versions due out next March. mtmuley

Yes, I'd say those Accubonds in 200gr. would be your best bet.
200's will out-do 180's at longer ranges.

70.5 H4831SC and 200gr AB or the likes. Truth be it 500-yards any 180/200 will get you there. You just need to know the dope of your gun.
