I emailed Montana FWP to ask when we might get the results of the 723 deer combo lisence, first come firt serve disbursment.
They answered to say they will be mailed out sometime this week.
Watch your mail boxes!!

I called them on it the first of last week. They said everyone up to that point will be getting a tag. She said the only had about 300 people up to that point which really surprised me. Looks like I'll be hunting Montana after all.

Then it looks like three of my hunting friends have got theirs too. Their appl's were sent with priority mail and too arrive there on June 2nd. They will be happppyyyy for sure.

Got my tag in the mail yesterday. I'm planning on heading up the week before thanksgiving. Good luck to your buddies. It's going to be a busy fall.....

All three of my hunting friends got their tags in the mail yesterday. Jack's wife brought his envelope down to his shop and when he saw it she took off running with it laughing. Well she found out fast that he still can run and caught her in short distance.
He is one happy hunter for sure, now he does not have to go to Wyo. and be the "dog" for two others who are waiting for the outcome of Wyo. deer tags. They might be the only two NOT hunting this year.
