777 ???

Anyone notice a difference in accuracy in 777 compared to Pyrodex RS?

Yeah... 777 is 10x worse.

I've noticed higher pressure and velocity with equal volumetric charges of 777, but have had very good accuracy. I would reduce your charge by 25% and work up. If you have a crono, test your velocity for different charges. You should be able to get good accuracy at normal velocities. I have excellent accuracy in my T/C Black diamond XR .50 cal. with 90 Gr. 777 behind a Hornady 300 gr. XTP.

The thing I love the most though is how clean it is. So much easier to clean up after a trip to the range.
