As many times as I've seen the Dale Earnhardt wreck I still can't understand how he died. It didn't look that bad.

I mean no disrespect. RIP Dale.

I was thinking the same thing eel. Never saw it till I watched it now. But from a guy who has wrecked some SH!T, I can tell you that the impact inside the cab (ie. Head against windshield or door post, or even loose objects) can be significantly worse than the actual wreck. Plus if there are any antagonizing internal events that just need a little aggravation to come to fruition, a guy could bleed out quick
.. I honestly have no idea but that is a thought..

It's amazing what the human body can "walk away from" and equally amazing how little it takes to stop the clock sometimes...

Watching that brings back a flood of emotions NASCAR changed forever that day and not for the better...

I was in Daytona the night JR won the Pepsi 400 what a great experience to witness...

As for DW what a great man, I've meet him a few times and he is one classy individual...

Seen Waltrip in action many times , great guy for sure ! I don't like change , not one bit ! Sure don't make them like they used too

He is-was the best as an announcer and driver. He has slowed over the last couple of years and did not ever really match well with Jeff. He was over the top Sunday with his analogy about being in a hot situation and peeing ice water.
