A company named LightSquared is planning on a nationwide 4G broadband network, but the radio wavelengths they plan to operate in are too close to the GPS satellite signals, and will majorly interfere with, or completely jam the GPS signals. Unfortunately, they are plowing ahead because they have financial milestones to meet and quite a bit of money tied up in the project. Unaffected GPS use is not just a concern of surveyors and engineers, but also agriculture, aviation, river, lake, and near coast navigation, land planning, shipping and cargo, overall infrastructure monitoring, public safety vehicles, recreational use such as hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, trekking ? and the list goes on.
Write or call your representatives in government and express your concern for this potential disaster, and request that the only solution is for LightSquared to move their broadband network operational frequency away from the GPS radio frequency spectrum, so their network plan can continue, as can GPS use.
Thanks for your consideration.

My hunting spot is so secret, not even the elk have found it yet.
