Alaska Black Bear Hunt

My brothers and I are going Black Bear Hunting on Prince William Sound in September. We are looking for a good taxidermist around Valdez to have the bears done at. Anyone have any suggestions?

i suggest having the hides tanned up there and sent back home and mounted locally and save yourself a big shipping charge. sounds like a fun hunt, good luck.

Another reason for doing it locally is if there is a problem with the mount you can have it fixed. This is probably not an option if the taxi is thousands of miles away.
