So obama tries to distance himself from a political survey saying an aid filled it out. His handwriting is found answering one of the questions. Obama admits the handwriting is his but says it doesn't prove he read the survey?!?!

Give me a break this guy is as bad as the clintons.

The dems 'get away' with the lies because the main stream media is covering for them. If something like this came from the McCain camp, the media would be all over it.

The problem here is that the inconsistant statements are now beginning to pile up on Obama. He has portrayed himself as the president that will make changes in his term and has not been very specific about what those changes are going to be. But now he is starting to appear to be more of a fence sitter that sways back and forth depending which way the wind blows.
His perchant for blaming any inconsistant statements, or actions on his aides will get sour with the voting public very soon, and they will start to see him as nothing but a less then truthful politician. When or if that happens, he is sunk. As for the press not playing this up, they will when Hillary makes it a point to bring it up in order to stick it to him. As we all know, she is very good at that, took lessons from slick Willie.

You may be right, but don't forget Clinton was elected twice and left office with an approval rating almost double what Bush's is so Obama would do well to learn from him. we haven't had a president who delivered in decades, there's no reason to think Obama has to be any different to win.

So, as long as it is popular all is well. Who cares if it is right/honest or not. Who cares if it helps America, as long as people 'feel' good about it. Classic!
