Antelope Transplant

After listening to the RAC meeting that Amy posted. I heard them mention an Antelope capture and release on Dec 16 2014. So I called the Southern Region office (435-865-6100) & talked with Teresa. She said, "that was correct & to be here early before 8.00 AM if you want to participate. You can see the Antelope after they have been put in their cages and then you can take pics. I don't know about you but I would love to be part of this if I can swing it.

Thanks for your post! Utah needs more involved sportsmen like you! The DWR (all regions) have ongoing projects (reseeding, bitterbrush planting, lop and scatter, roadside and streamside clearing, fence construction and repair, animal collaring, etc.) and all you have to do is ask.

I agree. More sportsmen need to be involved like that.

I think I'll put a bug in Amy's ear about posting on MM whenever they need some help. I'll bet many of us would jump at the chance especially if it's anywhere close to where we live.

A little modern networking/social media (like MM) would get the F&G lots of help when they need it.
