antelope unit 18 blm question

I drew a antelope tag for a ranch in Unit 18. The ranch consists of almost 10,000 acres of blm land and 320 acres of private in the right in the middle. I was wondering how much control the ranch manager has on the blm land he must lease. I have heard some stories about some ranches only letting you hunt certain areas and letting the private hunters get the better areas. Any thoughts.

Under the new format they are required to give the public hunters complete access to the entire ranch just like they would for someone with the landowner tags.
 
Nice another land owner with a postage stamp land locking blm land, got to love nm!!!!!Bet that rancher thinks he owns the blm to!!!
