Anyone own a Swaro collapsable spotter?

Just curious if any one has experiences good or bad with the collapsible spotting scope from Swarovski. It looks like a good idea being compact and small but there must be something not so desirable about them since they are not being made and very few available. Any comments on them would be appreciated!

My good friend has one and it is a pita to set up and take down. Personally, I would get a good tripod instead...he hardly ever uses it and has since switched to a tripod.

I had one of the old ones much better than the newer ones.Great glass but very heavy, the focus was on the end very hard to use. Still a pretty nice scope but much better out there now.
