Archery/Muzzy Handgun carry

The 2011 Field Regs book has removed the unlawful rules against carrying a handgun while bow hunting, muzzy hunting, and the other rules that went against Utah State code. The background on this issue and how it was resolved is being discussed here. I recommend sending a thank you email to Mr. Fowlks, who seems to be responsible for getting the unlawful restrictions removed.
