Can Hunters use Inline Muzzleloaders (non electric ignition) in Colorado?

Thanks

Powerbelts leave the gun at full bore diameter and therefore are not considered sabots. Since the belt is basically an attached wad that detaches in flight, the DOW doesn't require the plastic belt to be included in the "length must be less than 2x diameter". In the case of the Hornady FPB, the red tip does remain atteched and therfore must be included in the length. I simply cut them off with a razor. I have a KRB7 which loves 405 gr powerbelts with 90gr Pyro-P, while my Omega likes the FPB's and 110gr BH209. Either one is a decent load for Colorado elk or muley's.
