Big Blacktail Harvested?

Anyone hear of a monster blacky taken out near Scappoose the last week of the season? I was "told" 7x8 with mass but it was strictly word of mouth which has a way of getting out of hand. Would like to hear of anyone can validate. The cold snap seemed to kick the rut off a little early and I heard of pretty good success the last week though.

What state is Scappoose in? My guess would be WA????

Sorry, I forgot the mention the state. Scappoose is in Oregon near the Columbia river.

Haven't heard anything on any of the local boards or here in the Paper. But then again there are plent yof big animals killed every year that the word never gets out about. Will keep ears open though.

i havent heard anything about this buck either on any of the local boards i visit. be interesting to see pics of this buck if it were true.
