Post em up. If you have missed a couple of weigh-ins and you dont want to get 86'd, make sure you get me a weight this time.

Anyone in the contest get a good tag they need to train for?

I am feeling good this year about a CO sheep or goat tag, but I have been saying that the last three years.

Not alot of change here 263 lbs. Wife just renewd the gyme membership. Maybe that will get me all pomped up again. The Utah draw results sure have not helped any.

Holy cow. I think my scale is broke....

It tried to say I was 244 lbs. So I kicked it twice, threw it out the window into the pond and tried again.

It said 245 lbs. Go figure.

I've Been stuck at 206 for a while now.

My "Pahvant Early Rifle" tag should cure that pretty quick. Now I have some major motivation :)
 
At the January weigh in I was down from 285 to 255. Now I'm back at 270lbs so I've gained 15lbs back. I have a feeling in the next 2 weeks I will gain another 5 lbs and then loose about 15lbs in the 4 weeks following that. My overall goal for this fall is 280 lean pounds.

no change. Kind of irritating, working out alot, eating right. Oh well, keep trying!
 
Same for me. sitting at 198. Its gonna come off soon. I have had a few delays but I think I am gonna be able to concentrate on it soon.
 
Eating basically nothing but egg whites, sweet patatoes, chicken and broccoli isn't easy to do for a long period of time so I have started splurging a little. I came in at 164.6 this weight in. Starting monday morning its back to eggs, chicken, broccoli and a few sweet potatoes! gotta get down to 5% body fat by May 22 so I don't get wasted on stage by the competition!

I've gone from 209 down to 193, then back up to 205. But I have a good excuse. My new hot chinese girlfriend cooks a lot and we've been dining out a lot. However, she's a good long-term investment because she shoots archery, and enjoys hunting and fishing too. Our next 3 weekend getaways will be to Lake Erie walleye fishing, followed by norhtern Illinois turkey hunt, then another Lake Erie walleye trip.

Will improve weight this week as I'll be solo and to the gym every evening.
 
Get em in boys. Looks like we are down to about 45-50 or so. I will work on the ss update tomorrow or wedenesday, so post em up.

Now is the time to kick it up a notch.

Ok, since I am PROUD of my accomplishment thus far and since No One has dared to post pictures (that I'm aware of), I thought I would be a little daring and I would be the first (sorry about pic quality - was from my phone):

This is my Mountain Man - [font color=red]"Before"[/font] picture from January 2010 and my Im going to Conquer the Mountain - [font color=red]"After"[/font] picture from last Tuesday - April 13,2010. As you can tell, over 30 lbs lost and 17" along with 10% Body Fat lost thus far (most noticeable in my face). I participated in a "Get Fit Challenge" that was sponsored by my apartments that coincided with the start of this MM Challenge (January 2010 til now).

I just found out on Saturday - April 17, 2010; that [font color=red size=3]I WON[/font] the Challenge. I won $2500 that will undoubtedely go towards my Utah General Archery Hunt in the backcountry!!

Now......My mission is to get back up to 195-200 lbs of Solid Muscle! I will keep you guys posted as I progress, because August is just around the corner and I plan on hauling out an Archery Elk and Deer!!

I wish all of you who are doing this MM Challenge, the GREAT Success and Change - Inside and Outside that I am feeling now! Good Luck All!!!
