Hey Guys,
Right now I'm running an S4 lockdown style bino harness that I bought 3 years ago, with the belt case that the rangefinder came with mounted on the elastic of the lower right strap. While I do like the S4 for shooting 3D (minus the RF) I am not a huge fan of this system while I'm in the woods.
So I was wondering what other folks used to carry and protect their optics in the field? I've been doing some looking around online and in the stores, but wanted some 1st hand opinions. I've been looking into the Alaska Guide pouches, as well as a Badlands pouch with the rangefinder pocket mounted below the bino pocket, but $150 is a little steep for me.
So what is everyone running? and why do you like that setup?
Thanks in advance!
