Bitterroot Unit changes?

I know this is a vague question, but have any of the units around the Bitterroots just been converted to limited draw areas for 2011?

Mule deer has been for years. Elk in 250 this year. mtmuley

Do you know how long it has been planned to convert 250 to limited draw?
