Bog Pod spotting scope /camera adapter

Anyone use the Bod Pod camera / spotting scope adapter for your spotting scope. I carry a Bog Pod shooting tripod and spotting scope tripod when I hunt. Would like to lighten my pack

I use one and am quite happy with it. I am sure there are better out there and it is a bit heavy, but I can instantly either swamp between bino and spotter or bigger bino and then change to the fork for a shooting rest. I bought a few extra adapter plates to do that. Note that it is designed to pan horizontally easily, a little different than pan heads.

I'm a big fan of BogPod, enough that I bought the short legged devil just so it could fit better in my backpack. The downside is that I can no longer shoot standing up but I'm tall enough that I don't find that a useful position anyway. I prefer to shoot and glass seated so why carry the extra length and weight?

My tall version will probable just live in my range bag or I'll sell it off.

Any specific questions? It can support my 65mm Vortex scope easily.
