Bonus Points

A friend missed the application period. He asked if he'd loose his points. I told him I think you can miss a year and not loose your points but I can't find anything in the reg's. Does anyone know the rules for certain?

I tried looking it up as well but I believe you have to miss consecutive years of applying before loosing points as you stated.

From the Nevada Fish and Game website:

A hunter's bonus points revert to zero in a particular species category when they are successful at obtaining a tag or fails to apply for two consecutive years. Bonus points are not earned if an applicant requests and receives a hunting license refund.
