Andrew47, there are 2 basic strains of weed, Sativa and Indica. I think Sativa is more for "creative alertness" and Indica is more for relaxation, or so they say. I have no real life experience just what people tell me. Some friends and even family swear by it. You should go to a legal dispensary and talk to them.
When I feel anxious I have to get out and do something constructive. Get involved with a worthwhile project and finish it. Worrying accomplishes nothing. A good exercise program works wonders too. I try to combine the two. The natural high is the best.
