Cabela's Euro 10x42 Binoculars?!?

On my way up to my lake home for MN bear opener I wstopped at Cabela's and check out their new euro binoculars which loook a lot like swarovski..(without the expensive tag). I compare them to the Zeiss conquest 10x40 and the Cabela's euro blew the zeiss out of the water....I couldnt believe the difference.

Have any of you guys heard anythign about Cabela's new binos?? I am really interested to hear what you all think. Does anybody know what european manufacturer they team with to build these?

they are made by meopta, a euro optics comapny about 2 steps behind the big 3. Probably a good deal for mid-range optics
