Volunteers Needed!
It's almost time for this year's NASP State Tournament and we're blessed with a problem. Thanks to the efforts of the DWR and financial support from private donors, the program has grown so fast that we're scrambling to keep up. We're committed to the goal of including every young archer who wants to compete this year and we refuse to turn anybody away.
But we can only accomplish our goal with your help. We have roughly 650 archers already scheduled, representing 22 schools and we know there are more kids eagerly waiting for a flight position to open up.
Please help. We especially need line judges to keep scores. No archery experience is required. But state law does require a background check. The DWR will handle the background check and pay for it. All you need to do is send me your full name and address and let me know when you're available. I'll forward that information to the DWR.
