LAST EDITED ON Aug-18-10 AT 09:34AM (MST)[p]I went to check my cams on the Wasatch for my LE hunt coming up this weekend and what do you know, the camera was gone.
My camera was over 2 miles from the trail head. So I start looking around like a csi agent and notice that the thieves had tied their horses up to the tree next to where my cam was.
Then I remembered that when I was on my way in I passed a few guys pulling out from the trailhead with a trailer full of horses. This is a remote area that I have never seen another sole. It had rained a couple of days earlier so those were the only tracks in and out of there. I can almost garranty they will be sitting on that water hole on the opener. If I see there horses ties up near that water hole and I know they are in there I am tempted to untie their horses and smack them in the butt and let those clowns chase their horses around the mountains for a few days. Am I way out of line? I have given my self a few days to calm down and I am still just as fired up.
I had my camera open so a guy could pull out the card and see what was on it instead of clipping the lock and taking the whole camera. That sure back fired on me.
