CC hits for Premium Elk ?

LAST EDITED ON May-26-12 AT 07:19AM (MST)[p]I've got a good friend who has max-points (resident) and pretty good odds at pulling the tag he wants; according to prior years, somewhere between 50-100%. No CC hit yet.

I have not seen anyone announcing a successful draw for premium tags. Do you guys know of anybody that has pulled a premium tag?

A good friend of mine pulled a Manti premium tag ..

Ran his card the same time as all the others I know of,
A week ago yesterday ..
