Hello,
I read in the mosquuito post about using citric acid to keep bugs (flys) off meat during skinning etc. I read the link to Pristine Ventures someone posted (alot of good information). In that link they said to mix 1 oz citric acid to one qt. water. Somewhere else I read that it should be mixed 1 oz to one gallon of water. My questions are:
Has anyone here used it, and what mixture did you use?
Did it really help?
Did you use it on your cape also?
Did it add any type of flavor to the meat?
With the heat in California would this help keep the meat bees off?
Thank you for your time and any information you can supply.
Bill
