CO Reduced Price Doe Tags

What is up with the reduced price doe tags? Is CO trying to get the buck:doe ratio adjusted, or stave off a bad winterkill or ???

Probably trying to thin the deer population in some areas. That'll do it, too.

Don't imagine that many nonresident doe tags are sold at $300.
