CO Unit 82

I'm considering unit 82 for 2010 for either deer and or elk. Does anyone have any info on the area? Which is better hunting there? I plan to drive by there on my way home this fall. What would be a good town to camp by? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

There are some good elk and deer in that unit. The problem is access, most is controlled by private land.

Some very steep and high country. Very beautiful.

I second what txhunter58 said. It is very steep and since there are relatively few access points, you really need to plan out where you want to go and how you are going to get there. It is a very neat place to go!
