COMPACT SPOTTING SCOPE

I am looking at compact spotting scopes for a backpack hunt for Dall sheep. The ones I like so far are the Nikon and B/L Elite
20x50 60mm. Anyone have any experience with these, or have any other suggestions?

Kowa 614, I have the B&L elite also have had a couple of Nikons the Kowa in my opinion is a much better scope.

If money is no object it would be tough to beat Zeiss, Leica, or Swarovski. You pay for what you get and it isn't worth skimping on optics! If you are patient you can usually pick up new or nearly new optics on ebay for several hundred dollars off what you can find them at Cabelas or anywhere else. I got an almost new pair of Leica binos for $450 off ebay!
