Just an idea...I was thinking about the Burbot Bash tournament at the Gorge where they catch tag and release several fish that if caught can be checked for a prize up to $5,000.
Why couldn't someone (DWR) organize the same type tournament for Coyotes across the state.
What do you think?
What would it take to put on an event like this?
What sort of rules would you suggest to make it fun and fair and also not cause any undue stress on the deer and elk during these cold months?
