Do they use the 90/10 Split on Antelope?

Do they use the 90/10 split for nonresident draw on Antelope. Had an outfitter recommend a unit that has 5 permits total. As a nonresident do I have any chance to draw a permit or none?

yes 90/10 for pronghorn

That outfitter you refer to, and I must have had different math teachers. Where I went to school, 1 of 5 tags exceeds the 10% cap on NR, and pronghorn are unit specific and not species specific.
