Don't you guys hunt?

I get on here tonight to see what bulls and bucks have been killed and I see that Slam, ktc, bessy, FELH, Antlerick etc. have been posting all weekend. Hell, even Pro posted and he, of all people, should be hunting!!! I stopped in to see berryblaster on Saturday and he was out "rescueing" somebody. Yah right! How do you rescue somebody with 2 poles in the water and somebody yelling "Fish ON"!

I am just going local for morning hunts on my bow buck tag.

I was really surprised to see so many posts by 'guides' all weekend long.... both bow buck and bow bull being in full swing...

Way surprising to see Bart posting with his 'I am hunting all 28 days' numerous posts before the hunt started....maybe his Aug. 16th seminar to attend....went longer...

I hope all get some dandy harvests as the season continues.

My son's first hunt starts Saturday for Antelope in Ca! My hunting start's last week of Sept! Then I am off for 3 weeks in Oct just to hunt...work may go under!!

I was out all weekend and only posted on Sunday night! I was expecting more pictures of big bucks and bulls that were killed!

AWLB, I looked for your camp this weekend to come and meet you and have you show me where the big bulls were at, but I couldn't find a trailer with your logo on it? Were you up there at the top? Jim,
I was up supporting Predator until she headed home on Sunday (at least supporting her mentally, LOL) She snuck into our camp in her camo and startled the heck out of me while I was out shooting my bow!!! Pretty sneaky gal!
My posts were all Sunday evening when I got on to check out the new trophys taken...
And I'm still being a WUSS with my dang ankle... I about actually went hunting!!!!

I haven't learned how to spread my fun out, i jump in head first and do it all at once.

I have 8 big old bulls to haul out on my back here in a few weeks, i'll stay busy don't you worry. ;-)

albubba - LOL, I do believe that was my other half. It may have been our oldest with the learners permit. LOOK OUT! I get a pucker factor of "10" every time I ride with her. I'll mention to her that her PR skills need some work.

Rus - you guys that stayed home this weekend didn't miss much. There was so much traffic on the roads it left 2" of dust. I know of several "dinks" that were culled. NO DEER though.

Most states wait for the antlers to harden up before they turn the stick and string crowd loose on them. But I suppose if you are really wanting to kill a human habituated buck on the golf course, you need the earlier opener to take advantage of the high protein content of the putting greens in early August.

SHHHHH...Buckspy, don't give away our secret! I've been hunting Calaway draw for years. Sometimes I float over to Ping Hollow. It's gotten a lot better since the greens keepers have started fertilizing with Comere'Deer.

I haven't actually hunted deer on a golf course, but i can tell you THIS-
Them giant German Browns at the Tri City Golf course sure are a sucker for a Rapala on a clear fullmoon lit night!!

Must be some protein in them golf balls, them little guppies are hawgs!!

Now if i could figure out how to get to the geese on there.....
