Thanks for the suggestion, JuddCT. We agree that the statement on pg. 31 needs some clarification, and we'll take care of it before sending the proof back to the printer tomorrow. We're also making a handful of additional changes that people commented on. Thanks to everyone who took time to read through it!
As for some of the questions: This year, the Wildlife Board approved 196 LE archery elk permits on the Wasatch unit (compared to 181 permits last year). The board also approved 130 LE muzzleloader elk permits on the Wasatch (compared to 121 last year).
I already posted the following on a different thread, but here's a page that lists the
2012 general-season permit numbers by unit.
