Dream Camera

Finally got my dream camera. I decided on a Nikon D200 with the 70-200 2.8 for indoor sports action. A 1.7 TC to give me some range for wildlife and I got a Tamron 17-55 2.8 also. Thank you Tony for all the advice and pictures on this site. I plan to take your advice about learning how to use the equipement and hopefully I can become a decent photographer.

You'll love that 70-200 (my favorite all around lens at this point) and it works well with the 1.7tc.

congratulations. steep learning curve so I suggest you get a good book, i think tom hogan has one out. You'll have to shoot hi iso like 800 or so to get good shots indoors under lights.

you will love that lens and so will your family because it is capable of producing great images!
