1/2 cup olive oil
heat these on low till brown sugar disapates
4to5 lbs big game loin or backstrap cut into trimed cubes
mix marinade and cubes in ziplock and put in fridge overnight
vegtables i like are zucini ,pineapplemushrooms,cherry tomatos,onion,
and last but most important 1lbs uncooked peeled shrimp
then grill we put them on a bed of rice and serve
simple and so good the whole family eats them even those that
hate game will eat
