elk 4300 hunt?

anybody know what hunt this is? is it the new management hunt? I was just checkin out my bonus points and its saying im eligible for bull elk. but only for elk 4300. I checked all over the website but i cant find anything. i'm sure it'll be in the new proclamation i just didnt know if someone could confirm before then. Thanks

Antelope would be 2300 means "doe antelope" or as the book says horns shorter than 6".

The 4300 for Elk must mean cow elk then I would guess.

4300 is for the Silver state tag.

Are they going to allow NR to hunt Does this year? That could be a fun hunt! [Antelope]
