any of you ever experience a elk hunt in unit 61 during the 2nd, 3rd or 4th season?

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?
 
there were 2 deer tags in our group and we got a 180+ buck and a 140+ buck. it was warm and tough hunting personally I only saw 4 or five bucks during my week in the unit. saw a lot of elk though
